JV wins ninth consecutive match
TFS in position to claim region crown after another big win
The JV Lady Indians have now won nine straight matches, taking a 2-0 victory on Tuesday at home against Loganville Christian. The 25-18, 25-22 win in straight sets allows the girls to be in a position to claim the JV region title on Thursday at Bethlehem Christian.
The Lady Indians set the tone early with outstanding defense from Emmalyn Whisnant, Nora Mitchell, and Keely Franks. Finlee Ridlehoover took advantage of accurate passing from the back row and fed up many great sets for Tallulah's hitters.
AnnaLee Wall and Tori Crotta led the offensive charge, while Becca Roberts and Camryn Perry helped keep the pressure on Loganville. TFS is 14-3 overall and 9-0 in region play entering their final match.
