Tallulah Falls competed in the GIAA Region Championships on April 20 and 22 at Monroe Area (George Walton Academy). The Lady Indians finished as the Region Runner-Up behind Athens Christian, while the Indians finished 4th. The Runner-Up finish for the girls is the first in program history. Highlighting the success was TFS winning four individual and one relay region title.
Joanna Miller broke two of her own school records while taking the top spot on the podium twice, and now has five individual region titles in her career (2nd-most in program history). Ryan Anderson also claimed his first two career region titles. Miller earned the Region High Point Award, which goes to the athlete that had the most points scored.
