MS girls drop tight match at Banks County

In the Southern Mountain League opener, the Lady Indians dropped a tough 3-2 final at Banks County on Thursday evening.

"The girls got really strong performances at the top, but couldn't find one more line win," says coach Anthony Cox. "We haven't had a real practice in a week, so we will look to get a lot of work in tomorrow and Monday. We also look forward to continued growth and discernible improvement moving forward."

The Lady Indians are 2-2 on the season and now 0-1 in SML play.
