Hanifan-Wagner again paces TFS in XC meet

Kai Hanifan-Wagner came in second overall while leading TFS to a 1st-place run Tuesday at Towns County.
Lincoln Penland and Elliott Echols, along with Bonham Van Doornum, all were in the top-10 as well.
