TFS represented well at state by quartet
Rylee Smith paces Indians at State Tournament
The Indians were represented at the GIAA State Tournament with four players competing in Macon on Monday at the Brickyard Golf Club.
Rylee Smith carded a 9-over 81, finishing 46th overall among 108 golfers. Tate Turpin's 88 was good for 76th, while Owen Earp turned in a 91 to finish 89th.
Ryder Cantrell added a 92 to come in 95th place.
"Our kids represented TFS well," says coach CJ Stockel. "All season we've been getting compliments about how we play the game, our etiquette, character, and the whole nine yards. I'm proud of this group of guys, who have been consistent all season long."
