Next Level Indians: Winter & Spring Update
TFS has several next-level athletes representing well in college!
Tallulah Falls has had north of 100 athletes go on to play at the next level. In the Winter and Spring of 2025-26, we had several were active. Here are those Next Level Indians and how their winter or spring went.
Adrijana Albijanic ('24) - Basketball - Lawrence University
Albijanic in her second season at Lawrence played in eight games. She scored six points, hauling in six rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
Addison Albury ('25) - Swimming - Emmanuel University
Albury completed her first season at Emmanuel, and came in 12th in the 200 Breast in the Conference Carolinas championship meet.
Madison Dampier ('25) - Swimming - University of Cincinnati
Dampier competed in 11 meets this season. She finished second in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 53.51 against NKU and in the 100-yard butterfly against Kentucky (55.76). At the Big XII Championships, she swam a pesonal best in the 50 Free (23.47) and in the 200 Fly (2:04.71), and had a 55.54 in the 100 Fly.
Diego Gonzalez ('25) - Baseball - South GA State College
Gonzalez has hit .400 this season, going 50-for-125 at the plate. He has 25 RBI, seven doubles, 25 runs, and two stolen bases. His average is the 7th-best in the conference.
Danny Grant ('25) - Baseball - South GA State College
Grant leads the entire Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association with a .464 batting average. He has three homeruns, 32 RBI, seven doubles, a triple, 64 total hits, and 53 runs scored. He's also second in the conference in OBP with a .565 mark, and his 16 stolen bases are 3rd-most.
Anfernee Hanna ('23) - Basketball - Concord University
Hanna transfered to Concord after a couple of years at Motlow State CC. The forward started all 30 games for the Mountain Lions, averaging 14.5 points per game with 434 total points (2nd-most on team). He had 103 rebounds (3.4/game), 43 assists, 20 steals, and 12 blocks, while also adding 22 3-pointers. He shot 46% from the floor overall, and Concord went 15-15 on the year.
Mallory Higgins ('25) - Golf - Maryville College
Higgins closes her first season at Maryville. She's played 17 rounds in total. She was 16th overall at the SAA Conference Championship, and have five top-20 rounds on the season. Her scoring average in 2025-26 is 83.1.
Ariel Kelsick ('24) - Tennis - East Stroudsburg University
Kelsick in her second season at East Stroudsburg went 17-6 overall at singles, including 4-1 in conference play. She was 2-0 at 1-singles and 13-3 at 2-singles. In doubles play, she was 11-11 overall and 5-0 in conference action. In just two seasons, she has 37 wins at singles, which ranks fourth in program history.
George Ketch ('22) - Track & Field - Piedmont University
Ketch transfered to Piedmont from Berry College a couple of seasons ago. The senior had a Hammer Throw PR of 161'7 in March at the Victor Ice Breaker Duals, finishing 3rd. He had a 51'0, 9th-place finish in the Weight Throw at the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational in February. At the 2026 CCS Track and Field Championships, he came in 5th in discus with a 124'7, and won the conference title in the Hammer Throw at 156'5. Piedmont still has a couple meets before the NCAA Championships.
Sam Ketch ('24) - Track & Field - UC Upstate
The sophomore had a PR of 48.81 meters in the discus event at the Charlotte Invitational recently, and also a PR of 48.32 in the hammer throw. In the weight throw back in late February, he came in 5th at the Big South Indoor Championships with a PR 17.05.
Denika Lightbourne ('23) - Basketball - Florida International University
Lightbourne, Tallulah Falls' most decorated basketball player and leader in nearly every statistical category, transfered from Dayton to Florida International University at the DI level. She averaged 9.5 points per game (3rd on team), averaging 3.7 rebounds, and tallied 47 assists, 22 steals, and three blocks. She also shot 50% on the floor, and FIU went 21-12, making a semifinals appearance in the CUSA tournament before playing in the WNIT tournament.
Noah Massong ('25) - Basketball - Rio Grande University
Massong was on the reserve roster for his freshman year at Rio Grande.
Macy Murdock ('22) - Track & Field - Berry College
Murdock is putting the finishing touches on her career at Berry. The senior has several school records (200, 100 MH, 400 MH, 4x200, 4x400, LJ, JT, Hep) including the 400 (59.11) and was the SAA Champion in the 100 MH and 400 MH. This season, she has set 11 PRs in indoor and outdoor events. She also was a perfect 16-for-16 in coming in the top-10 for every event this spring. She won the 100 MH and 400 MH champion at the Outdoor Championships April 24-25, and competes in the relays as well.
Henry Rickman ('24) - Swimming - Piedmont University
Rickman finished his second season at Piedmont, and was part of the Independent South Conference Championship team. In that meet, he placd 8th in the 50 Free and was 2nd in the 800, 400, and 200 Free Relays. In the 200 Free, he was 4th and also 6th in 100 Free.
Karen Sanchez ('25) - Tennis - Piedmont University
In Sanchez's first season with Piedmont, she was 1-7 in total matches played at singles. In doubles play, she was 3-2.
Tanisha Seymour ('23) - Basketball - Davis & Elkins College
Seymour played in 19 games overall and started one for Davis & Elkins. She had 10 points (0.5/game), 20 rebounds, four assists, and one steal.
Julianne Shirley ('24) - Track & Field - Berry College
Shirley has had a fantastic sophomore season at Berry. She's an integral part of the record-setting 4x100 Relay (50.71) and the 4x400 record group (4:00.28). Shirley came in the top-10 14 times this spring overall. This year has seen her beat her career-best in the 100, 200, and 400.
Brianna Walter ('24) - Rifle - University of North Georgia
Tallulah Falls' top all-time rifle athlete, Walter wrapped up her sophomore season. She had a Smallbore average of 576 and an Air Rifle average this season of 586.538, with an Aggregate of 1162.538. That ranks first on the roster for UNG. Her Smallbore average is also tops in the conference.
Breelyn Wood ('25) - Basketball - Emmanuel University
Wood, one of TFS' all-time best rebounders at Tallulah, is now playing at Emmanuel. A freshman, Wood played in nine games this season and scored nine points while grabbing eight rebounds, three steals, and two assists.
